Lincoln certainly isn’t perfect, or even particularly great, but I saw it at the Rave cinema at Martin Luther King Blvd and Crenshaw, and, for a long film about white bearded men and nineteenth century political minutiae, it was the most electric, exuberant audience I’ve ever experienced, and I’ll never forget it.
